I visited Norms for breakfast during the morning rush—easily the busiest time of day—and Blanca absolutely blew me away with her outstanding service! Despite the packed restaurant and nonstop tables, she remained calm, cheerful, and incredibly efficient. Blanca greeted us with a warm smile, took our order quickly, and made sure our coffee cups stayed full—no easy feat when you’re juggling so many guests. Our food came out hot and exactly as ordered, and she checked on us just the right amount, making us feel valued without ever rushing. In a sea of chaos, Blanca was a shining star. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made all the difference. If you’re heading to Norms for breakfast, ask for Blanca—she’s the kind of server who turns a meal into a great experience.

A diner done right. The menu is manageable two pages of everyone's favorite comfort foods ranging from omelettes to meatloaf and grilled chicken. Great desserts. Service is very friendly and kind. The diner is huge, the free parking lot even bigger, and there is no waiting time. We love this place.

We had great lunch there. The service was amazing and food was so delicious and very tasty. They have wonderful options. Such a great place with nice ambiance. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Recommend us great food. Everything was so delicious and they have generous portion size of food. Pretty cool drinks.

Our breakfast at Norms this morning was made truly special thanks to our incredible waitress, Blanca! From the moment we arrived, she made my entire family feel genuinely welcomed and at home. What impressed me most was Blanca's comprehensive knowledge of the menu. She guided us through all the options with confidence and patience, making excellent recommendations based on our preferences. Despite having several special requests (which can often be challenging for waitstaff), Blanca handled everything with grace and ensured every detail was perfect. Her attentiveness throughout our meal was exceptional - our drinks were never empty, and she checked on us just the right amount without being intrusive. Blanca's warm personality and professional service transformed what could have been just another breakfast into a memorable family experience. If you're visiting Norms, ask to be seated in Blanca's section - you won't be disappointed! Servers like her are what keep us coming back. Thank you, Blanca, for starting our day off right!

I enjoy grabbing breakfast at this location and have been a frequent customer for a few years now. Staff is always nice and accommodating to your needs. Food is yummy. Downside is when the restaurant is at full service. Understandably, your food will take a while as it gets cooked.
